The Garden Room – Fayetteville Arkansas Wedding Photographers – Wesley and Sammie

First, let me just say that I absolutely LOVE this couple. 🙂  I was introduced to Sammie about 3 years ago by our company’s Children’s/Family photographer, Nicona Jones.  We all went out to dinner, where I also met Sammie’s boyfriend at the time – Wesley.  They were such a fun couple!  Not long after, Sammie asked me to do a portrait session for her.  She ended up loving those portraits, and later hired me to do a couple’s session for her and Wesley.  Fast forward a few years, and I had the privilege of shooting their engagement session, Sammie’s maternity session, AND FINALLY they’re BEAUTIFUL wedding. 🙂  I have to say, I love building relationships like this one with my clients.  Dad and I continue to be blessed with lifelong clients who include us in all of the big events of their lives.  They trust us wholeheartedly to capture all of the wonderful moments and phases they want to remember and be remembered for.  And, of course, we are always honored to do so. 🙂

Now, on to the wedding!  Wesley and Sammie were married and held their reception at The Garden Room in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  I have to say, I love this venue.  The people there are polite and gracious, and the atmosphere is that of a beautiful vintage/rustic backyard wedding (in a super GORGEOUS backyard ;).  It was a warm late Spring day and it was sunny and perfect.  Can’t get much better than that!

Enjoy! 🙂

Oklahoma Wedding Photographers – Dan and Sara

First off, let me say that Dan and Sara are SUCH a great couple! 🙂  We met them last November at the Iron Horse Coffee Company in Rogers (LOVE that place btw!).  After chatting and laughing for at least an hour, we knew that we were going to have a blast shooting their wedding. 🙂  Of course, we had no idea that this year Spring was going to hide out and wait for Summer! lol  They planned their gorgeous outdoor wedding for May 4th, which is guaranteed to be one of the most beautiful weekends out of the whole year for this part of the country.  But this glorious year, Winter stayed around FOREVER, and tried to torment us on their wedding day.  It was raining the whole way there – and COLD…like in the 50’s!  God blessed us, though, by stopping the rain and giving us a beautiful afternoon and evening for the ceremony, and even the night wasn’t frigid.  Woohoo!

Here are some of our faves from their awesome day!

Arkansas Wedding Photographers – Mountain Harbor Resort – Andrew and Brittany

Andrew and Brittany were married on a completely gorgeous “almost Spring” day in March at the Mountain Harbor Resort in Mt. Ida, AR.  It was probably 80 degrees and the trees had just started blooming – LOVED IT. 🙂  Beautiful couple, outdoor pavilion wedding, resort on the lake…win win win!!!  Enjoy!

Little Rock Arkansas Wedding Photographers – Park on the River – Dwayne and Ashton

Dwayne and Ashton were married and had their reception at the gorgeous Park on the River in Maumelle, AR (which is near Little Rock).  It was another absolutely perfect day – warm weather, beautiful golden sunset, and a great looking couple.  How could we ask for more?!  Hope you enjoy some of our favorites from their special day!

Central Arkansas Wedding Photographers – Jaysen and Amber

I totally had not realized that I skipped blogging the entire month of June weddings!  lol  Well, never fear….I’ve recognized and I’m getting back on track. 🙂

This lovely little post is dedicated to Jaysen and Amber, married June 2nd, 2012, in Benton, AR (near Little Rock).  We had the joy of shooting their engagement session earlier in the year, and it was awesome, so we were SUPER excited to be a part of their wedding!  It was a beautiful day for a backyard wedding and everything went perfectly.  Amber managed to sing to Jaysen during the ceremony, which was totally amazing and had everyone in tears.  And their vows were so so sweet.  Loved it!  At the end of the night, we managed to pull off one of my favorite shots of the year – sparklers that by ACCIDENT (or divine intervention 😉  spelled out LOVE.  Enjoy!!! 🙂
